I am a PhD student studying conservation science in the Department of Environmental Science, Policy, & Management at the University of California, Berkeley. I work with Dr. Van Butsic in the LUC Lab, studying the impacts of environmental shocks on resource-dependent livelihoods and the effects of adaptation to these shocks on biodiversity and ecosystem health. I was a trainee in Data Science for the 21st Century, a National Science Foundation National Research Traineeship program focused on interdiscplinary environmental data science, and am currently co-leading a National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center Graduate Pursuit. My doctoral studies are supported by a Berkeley Fellowship. I have an MS in Biodiversity, Conservation, & Management from the University of Oxford and a BS in Environmental Science from Brown University.
